Life Membership - Josh Smith

Totally deserved by such a humble guy who quietly goes about his job on and off the pitch. Josh is a great role model for our budding young footballers. His amazing skills on the field, to taking the time to pose for a photo with a little 7 year old who hopes to play like him one day.   Always a nice word to say about the club and the Exec. We love watching you play, and so with many football years left ahead of you, good luck, wherever your journey takes you.  Such a kind heart and are the epitome of BBAFC.

Yellow Jacket - Rachel Penney

Rachel was floored and totally humbled to be presented with such an illustrious award last night. Feeling extremely privileged to be recognised is such high regard, alongside the small number of previous Yellow Jacket recipients, and their respective incredible achievements. Even though volunteers don't do what they do for the accolades, it is still really nice to know all the hard work put in is appreciated by so many.

David Pasco, Richard Ware and the entire Exec embarked on a Secret Squirrel Mission to keep the discussions for the prestigious award away from Rachel's ears until the presentation on Saturday Night.   Rachel thanks her family for supporting her in so many ways, and others who have been alongside on her journey at BBAFC.
