Coaching Opportunities
Junior Girls

Girls Preseason Training

We started this initiative in 2024 and experienced great success.  With our youngest players aged 8, turning 9 this season, together with the 14th and 16th grade girls, they ran through a varity of skills session drills, finishing with a game.  The groups were separated by age/ability to provide the best outcome for all who came.  With some great guidance from our Female Football Convenor Amy Edwards-Maas, and Director of Football, Sander Waterland plus some other NRF youth coaches.

The 2025 Womens & Girls Preseason Training will begin on Tuesday 4th Feb (for four sessions only).  If you should wish to join a second or third session a week, and or continue through the entire term, please register to NEW Football Development Academy.

Youth and Senior Ladies

The 2025 Womens & Girls Preseason Training will begin on Tuesday 4th Feb.

NEW Football Development Programme

Football Development Academy

For all players from 9th Grade and Beyond

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newly developed football programme, designed in response to your valuable feedback. This initiative has been crafted in collaboration with experienced coaches to offer robust support to our volunteer coaches while providing an enriched training and coaching experience for our young players.

Programme Overview

The Academy is open to players from 9th grade up from In-house and NRF teams, aiming to foster both skill development and a love for the game. By introducing this structured and professional coaching approach, we hope to ease the burden on our dedicated volunteer coaches, allowing them to focus more on mentoring and less on logistics.

Join Us Today

We invite all interested players to join our new football programme and take advantage of the extensive opportunities it offers. Play with your mates, compete at a high level, and experience the thrill of football like never before.

This programme will run each term throughout the year, plus a discount offered to those who enrol in all four terms (discount to be applied in the fourth term).

Womens First Team

In 2024 we ran a Conference Team in the Senior Womens space, after a massive learning curve and with the retension of some wonderful ladies, we plan on entering in Division One in 2025.  So you are interested in joining a great bunch of ladies, keen to play hard and have fun along the way, then this is the team for you.  Come along and join in the Preseason Training Camp at Rogers Park, starting 4th February at 6.15pm.

Grading

Our grading process is an opportunity to see all the specific age groups come together and participate in some small sided games.  No player is discarded, but it is a way we can navigate the team building process most effectively.  It should not be a stressful situation for your player.  We are a community club that strives to nurture all our members and give them all equal opportunities.   All we ask is that you register prior to attending the Grading so we have your details already on hand.  This make the process run much smoother.

The Girls grading will occur during the Preseason training with a final day on Tuesday 4th March, from 6.15pm.
